1. Information We Process
When you use the service, we process the information needed to generate your card from the public Steam profile URL you submit.
- The Steam profile URL you submit.
- Publicly available Steam profile data such as Steam ID, display name, avatar, and accessible game library or playtime data.
- Computed statistics derived from that data and the AI-generated profile text returned for your result page.
- Your selected language, such as English or Chinese.
- Basic technical logs required to operate the service, such as request timing, error details, or hosting platform runtime logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information only to run the service and not for advertising or resale.
- Generate your GBTI result page and shareable card.
- Cache generated results so the same Steam profile does not need repeated AI generation calls.
- Debug failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service security and availability.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Flow
The service relies on third parties to complete the request flow.
Public Steam data comes from Steam, AI text generation is handled through Groq, cached profiles are stored in Neon Postgres, and the hosting platform may retain standard runtime logs.
These providers may process data outside your home region. By using the service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur.
4. Retention and Cached Profiles
Generated profiles are cached to reduce duplicate work and avoid unnecessary repeat AI calls. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
While a cached record remains stored, the generated profile page may remain accessible through its shareable link.
If you delete your card from the result page, the generated profile is removed from the main profiles table and the share link stops working, but a minimal deletion record is kept so the same Steam profile and language cannot be regenerated again until the next day.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The app does not currently offer user accounts or intentionally use advertising trackers.
That said, infrastructure providers may still create essential technical logs for security, fraud prevention, and reliability.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can choose not to submit a Steam profile URL. You can also delete your card directly from the result page. After deletion, the public result is removed immediately, but the same Steam profile and language cannot be regenerated again until the following day.
If you cannot remove the card yourself, contact the site operator and include the Steam profile URL or Steam ID plus the language used for the generated card.
7. Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe data should not have been processed, contact the site operator to request removal.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Notice
If the service changes how it processes data in a material way, this page will be updated. Continued use after an update means the revised notice applies.
